With mental health issues saturating my body with medications that most say are hard to lose weight on, I really have to watch what I eat. As I have said in the past, it is also extremely hard to find a diet program like Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig or Nutri System that does not charge an arm and a leg. What about the people in this country on food stamps? They could never afford the cost of food on some of these diets!
Someone brought this newer diet that is out there to my attention called “The Every Other Day Diet”. This system puts it simply – eat whatever you want to every other day and the pounds will supposedly melt away. A diet with no exercise. Weight Loss eating McDonald’s? It does not seem true to me. Until I did a little bit more research.
The basis for the diet is what you do eat on the other days of The Every Other Day Diet. There is a serious system there. It does not involve starvation or calorie counting either. A diet plan is promoted here and that is why you will need to purchase the plan. The formula is revolved around eating in the “caveman era”.
No fresh fruits and vegetables here – did the caveman eat this way? No, they ate lots of meats and lots of fats and so can you on this diet. I’m all for a new method of weight loss that wr can all afford to take part in. This system is not expensive at all. Im going to give it a try. The website that I found has a great video intro and check this out they are also giving away a 5 free video package they are using to educate you more on the whole “Every Other Day Diet” process!
