  3. Nuts! – researchers found that those who ate peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, chestnuts or dark chocolate were significantly less hungry than those who snacked on rice cakes or pickles.

  4. Treat yourself! – Ice Cream, ½ cup, give you a jolt of choline, which is shown to lower blood levels of homocysteine. Huh? That means a lower chance of cancer, heart attack, stroke and dementia. Bad postures can be attributed to many reasons. In the past, it was the result of hard manual labor. Farmers and slaves spent most of their day bowing down as they had to carry heavy loads.
