Stress can weaken how the immune system functions so do what you can to avoid it. Try and make the packing and airport process as smooth as possible by being organized. Make sure you get plenty of rest before the flight, too. 5. Take care of your back
Seats on the plane aren’t always the most comfortable or supportive to the back. When you are facing prolonged periods of sitting, you’ll put your back at risk of injury, strain or discomfort if you do not sit correctly.
