2. Secondly we began doing some exercises. Neither one of us are spring chickens any more so we had to be a little limited in our workout programs. However, once we learned the proper way to exercise the belly fat began to slowly disappear. Make sure you get a physicians recommendation before you start a rigid exercise program. The last thing you need is some type of physical problems to interfere with getting your flat stomach.
