A very common question for many of us is “how do I lose my belly fat?” Let’s face it belly fat is a huge problem for mankind. Especially for those of us who live in the United States of America. Our society is an over weight group. It really does not matter what our age is from the young child to the aging baby boomer fat seems to be hanging on just about every part of our bodies. The belly is no different and in fact is probably harder to lose than on any part of the body.

You will have to do at least two things if you really want to get rid of those love handles and get that flat tummy you have always dreamed about. If you are not willing to put forth this kind of effort you will not make to that elimination of your belly fat. Please don’t get me wrong it will not take you hours a day but you will have to spend some time working at it. Here is what my wife and I have put into practice in order to get rid of our extra fat.

1. First we began eating in the right manner. Let’s face it our eating habit is the reason why most of us have all that extra b fat to begin with. If we do not change our dietary habits we will never be able to lose our belly fat. I believe it is probably the most important aspect of getting those ripped abs. If you actually want to be able see your abs under that fat belly you are going to have to change your diet. I am not talking about some strict diet where you are hungry all the time simple a change in your lifestyle habits of eating. It has worked miracles for my wife and me.

2. Secondly we began doing some exercises. Neither one of us are spring chickens any more so we had to be a little limited in our workout programs. However, once we learned the proper way to exercise the belly fat began to slowly disappear. Make sure you get a physicians recommendation before you start a rigid exercise program. The last thing you need is some type of physical problems to interfere with getting your flat stomach. No kidding regardless of your age you can find the flexible workout program and home gym that will work for you.
