Are you going to let a new year go by without setting your new year’s resolution?  Are you like most people who decide on January 1st that this is the year to lose the fat?  Well your 2010 weight loss resolution time is near..

Every year, millions of people decide that this is the year to lose the weight they have gained over the previous year.  The memberships at the gyms go up dramatically making all of the owner’s put a grin on their faces.  They know that most people will continue to workout for a couple of months, but then they will neglect to stop paying the membership fee because they are just too lazy!

Other people will plan their 2010 weight loss resolution around dieting and eating less, or even starving themselves.  Many will realize that the way to healthy weight loss is not about how little they eat, but what and when they eat.  More important than the amount of calories that are taken in, are the types of calories.

It is actually possible to eat your way to a thinner body.  No, that does not mean you can just pig out on the “right foods.”  What it means is that the correct combination of the right foods and the right timing, will energize your metabolism and actually work with you to burn the fat.  Add in a little bit of exercise, and you can see the weight fall off your body.

The best thing about eating the right foods as your 2010 weight loss resolution plan is that you also will be filling your body with nutritious foods, foods full of energy producing vitamins and minerals.  This will keep you thin when you finally hit your goal and your optimum weight.

So, be like the millions of people out there who are setting their 2010 weight loss resolution, but be the one who succeeds.  Be the one who actually obtains their goal and loses the amount of weight that you desire.  Eat your way to a thinner body by eating the right foods and watch the fat burn off your body.
