You need to burn the fat first and that is by rasing your metabolism and increasing your daily exercise routine.

You can do all the crunches you want which is great for a strong stomach. The key is to exercise and those six pack abs will appear.

Fat Burn Myth #2

Starve my body and watch the fat disappear.

This is one of the worst ways to burn body fat. The crash dieter will eat one meal a day then try not to eat anything else. If your goal is to be constantly tired and hungry than this is the plan for you. If you’re looking to burn body fat, there couldn’t be a worse diet. You will lose weight but not fat.

Fat burn myth # 3

Pop the fat burn pills and watch the fat disappear. Fat burning pills in and of themselves are a bad solution to burning fat. If you wish to incorporate fat burning pills with a good diet and regular exercise, then they will serve a purpose. It’s amazing how many folks believe you can pop a pill and fat will burn. Save your money and buy a good bottle of vitamins if you wish to supplement your diet and exercise.
