No… you should rotate out different areas to work every time you exercise. I.e. focus on abs one day, butt the next, then legs, then arms… etc. You need to be sure to give time for each set of muscles to recover and build up inbetween the exercise. I’d say wait 2-3 days inbetween each. I’ve been using this as my “butt rotation” for past 2 monts or so and it works great. : )
