It depends. My boyfriend thinks that really quick bad sex is better than no sex, but I think bad sex is just like no sex cause I really don’t enjoy it. I like to take time and do lots of stuff so for me quick sex = bad sex.

No definately not. Bad sex is bad for both partners. It damages self-esteem, encourages poor “sexual etiquette” and demeans the purpose of the act itself. Masterbation is better than bad sex.
Sex is supposed to be a pleasureable experience for both partners, a biological physical release. The act of sex releases endorphins (neurological chemicals) which allows for a bonding and cementing of a relationship and provides health benefits too. This is over and above the procreational aspects of sex.
Bad sex can actually cause emotional distress and damage both partner’s future relationships, introduce sexually transmitted diseases and lead to unwanted pregnancy.
