@laughswithcrows I mix fruits with vegetables in juices but not when eating solids! I don’t make too big of a deal of food combining but there is some truth to it! Pay attention to how you feel! :D

I am wondering if it is okay to mix fruit and green juices, in your opinion, or if you subscribe to food combining issues and would separate them… if so, would you do a day of fruit juice and a day of green juice, or morning and afternoon, etc? I do not currently have any obvious digestive issues and in fact used to think that whole “alternative health” community were full of poo-fetishists b/c all they would talk about was constipation. While I now realize it’s ubiquitous, it’s not my issue

Thanks for the recent add! I just started my juice feasting. I have noticed that a lot of my viewers keep asking me about protein and my lack of protein while juicing. Have you made a video about getting protein while on the juice fast. IM on my juice fast for hopefully 30 days. Peace!

@cbreeze123 I bought the $100.00 one from home shopping network. It is the Breville Compact Electric Juicer (My first juicer ever) It was actually 135.00 with the 2 year warranty. But all in all it has been worth it. Breeze I’m not sure about a Grocery store, because here in Louisiana we don’t have a lot of options, but I do know they sell it at Williams Sonoma store at the Mall.

@cbreeze123 It really does Cbreeze. I mean like anything else you have to want it, you know? I have a little Compact Electric Breville and I love it. I lost 26 pounds in 3 months and by no means did I starve myself.

Just started eating fruits and veggies and I am feeling GREAT. Losing weight is another plus! Bought a juicer a few days ago and am enjoying the new drinks. A nice break from smoothies and salads. Thank you?

@chucholetsm8one I am just starting juicing and have simply started by adding a green juice to my diet everyday. I use a cheapo lender at the moment and strain it through a paint straining bag from Lowe’s. Gets the pulp out really well and it really dry and crumbly when done so I know I got most of the juice out. Very cheap and pretty easy beginner option until you get a juicer.

How often do you juice? Does it keep you full and satisfied? Do you occasionally cook any vegetables or its just strictly raw?
