EXERCISES FOR SUPER FAST FAT BURNING AND MUSCLE BUILDING !!!! (Brandon Carter)

Go to BuildMuscleBurnFat.info myFREE workout plan Build Muscle and Burn Fat FAST AS HELL! What if I stated you that you could fire more abdominous by executing less cardio? Well, with High Intensity Interval Training (also cognized as HIIT) you can do just that, fire more abdominous while expending less time in the gym. In this article I will explicate how to get the best results from this fresh and cutting-edge type of cardiovascular training. You have probably been told, just like the rest of us, that in order to burn the greatest amount of fat you necessitate to do cardio for 20 to 60 minutes at a temperate intensity. This will indeed melt down the fat away, but HIIT is a more businesslike and athlete-friendly way to train and burn fat at the same time. How HIIT Works With HIIT, you will be working harder than you normally work but for about a quarter to a half of the time that you would normally expend on the cardio machine of your choice. HIIT is so aggravated and efficacious that you only need 15 to 20 minutes, tops! Here’s What You Do: Pick the cardio machine of your choice (treadmill, rounded, rower, bike, going) and execute a 5 minute warm-up. Then take time to stretch properly and you are at the ready to get down. Start at a moderate pace for 1 minute, then crank up the pace to 90 or 95% of your Maximum Heart Rate (MHR). Continue at this effort for 15 to 20 seconds, then sluggish down to your getting down pace for another minute postdated by another all-out sprint for 15 to 20 seconds. Or do like me and leap as eminent as you ..

@feinburgrl actually you’re wrong. Results show that short intense excercise (like in this video, despite the fact it might not look intense) is much more valuable excercise than long excercise at low intensity.
Also, you want to eat more to lose weight, otherwise your metabolism drops. However you need a high protein and fibre with low fat diet.

He’s got a great body! Obviously he knows what he’s talking about.

This workout looks like one of Craig Balleyntine’s TT Workouts IMO.

Eating less and doing more cardio like jogging will give you abs. That cardio is stupid.

@beatboxcajon as far as i know in order to burn fat you need to increase your heart beat up to a certain level, depending on your heart beat, it takes 12 minutes to 25 minutes for your body to start burning fat. So imho using a sweat? suit does not help you burn fat but helps you to lose water. Again, i’m not a pro of course.

@lcole98 Dude, how much you weight is not actually a problem. What matters is your body fat ratio. So don’t worry about it and don’t focus on your weight too much. All you need to do is some cardio, so that you can burn fat and adjust your bmi. You’re too young and you have a lot of time to get in shape, don’t compromise form and you’ll be cool:]
