    If I do dead lits will that target the glutes, hamstrings and lower back so I don’t have to worry about isloated workouts ?

    Hum I have been doing butt exercises (not these) every other day for a couple of weeks now, but my butt is getting smaller :(
    and not firmer either! Its like my muscles are melting or something :(
    Its already too small

    @Shafreakaa use my other glute an thigh clips…the more recent ones…this takes a little more skill.. and the areas you wish to feel burn might be tough to reach if you don’t do the form correctly…anyway…check out the more recent ones…I am sure its what you will need…~ahmad

    I tried this workout and when i do the one lying on the floor i dont feel any burn in my butt/thighs my ribs just hurt :/ what am i doing wrong? And with the squat, i only feel the burn in my thighs and i feel that my knees start to hurt. Is this normal or am i doing something wrong?
    And are donkey kicks also good for the butt?

    I checked this out for hte first time and the first thing i saw was a guy who didn’t look really clothed…so i thought to myself….”dang, this may be something i dont wanna watch!” i paused and I read the comments below…seemed like it was legit…then i saw the rest of the vid and i am impressed! thanks…i think i will watch ur workout vids more often…and hopefully get the motivation to start doing em!

    the second exercise is my favourite but we always do it w/ your back agaginst a wall. The ‘wall sit’ and man that really burns your whole body its the best.

    With all Due Respect Lower Body is hard to develop
    You have 2 Options
    1st Do what he said to do it will take 2 Years Minimum (With no change in Diet)
    Or Start lifting weights (free) which will take a toll in 4 months (NO change in Diet)

    if you ask me i love Apple shape :)
