@Shafreakaa use my other glute an thigh clips…the more recent ones…this takes a little more skill.. and the areas you wish to feel burn might be tough to reach if you don’t do the form correctly…anyway…check out the more recent ones…I am sure its what you will need…~ahmad
I tried this workout and when i do the one lying on the floor i dont feel any burn in my butt/thighs my ribs just hurt :/ what am i doing wrong? And with the squat, i only feel the burn in my thighs and i feel that my knees start to hurt. Is this normal or am i doing something wrong?

the second exercise is my favourite but we always do it w/ your back agaginst a wall. The ‘wall sit’ and man that really burns your whole body its the best.
