Oh my peas! What a work out! I’m no where near as graceful as these two. The gravitational pull of my ass carried me through most of it! If it weren’t for that, I don’t think I’d have made it through the first minuet! LOL!

I am not coordinated enough for this!!! I ahve no idea if I am doing this anywhere near correctly!!! DAMN IT!! I guess I’ll do the other one again and come back to this when I’m not preggers. Cannot risk a fall and with my center of gravity off and lack of coordination I’m bound to fall on my butt lol

@TheSmooveCriminal I know right! But another weird but useful workout is a stripping class! You don’t go naked though! You just take your shirt and pants off as you are doing the stripping moves. It works. Saw it on Ripley’s believe it or not.
